Zack has a general corporate law practice, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, and commercial transactions.

In law school, Zack participated in the Alberta Court of Appeal Moot and Bowman National Tax Moots, through which he gained invaluable written and oral advocacy experience. Since joining Hooey & Company, Zack has continued to further develop these talents to provide clients with thoughtful advice on their legal matters.

In his spare time, Zack is usually outdoors on a walk or a hike, reading adventure novels when it’s too cold for walking and hiking, or indulging in Alberta’s fine craft beers with his family and friends.
