Taylor is a litigation lawyer practicing in commercial and family litigation.

In her corporate practice Taylor can assist with a wide breadth of matters including debt collection and recovery, leasing disputes, construction and contract disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, and employment and shareholder matters.

In her family practice she can assist with the negotiation of cohabitation, pre-nuptial, and post-nuptial agreements, and all matters relating to separation and divorce, including parenting, mobility, child and spousal support, and property division.

Taylor takes a direct, straightforward, and solution-focused approach to litigation. When resolution is not possible, Taylor is a skilled trial lawyer.

Taylor has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in the Province of Alberta, in the Court of King’s Bench of Saskatchewan, and in numerous private mediations and arbitrations.
