Mark practices in all areas of civil litigation and has appeared in Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal in the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. He has a wide breadth of experience across the spectrum of civil litigation. He has experience in construction law, corporate commercial litigation, employment/labour law, insurance defence, collections and civil enforcement, and appeals and judicial review. Mark has completed Part 1 of the CPAC In-Depth Tax Course.
As the father of two young girls and one newborn son, Mark spends much of his spare time with his family, including their two female dogs, enjoying the outdoors in and around the city.
