Mark practices in all areas of civil litigation and has appeared in Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal in the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. He has a wide breadth of experience across the spectrum of civil litigation. He has experience in construction law, corporate commercial litigation, employment/labour law, insurance defence, collections and civil enforcement, and appeals and judicial review. Mark is currently enrolled in Part 1 of the CPAC In-Depth Tax Course.

As a father of two young girls, Mark spends much of his spare time with his family, including their two female pit bulls, enjoying the outdoors in and around the city.
